1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any FlowSuite product, including EdeXa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.
2. Description of Service
FlowSuite provides cloud-based software products for organizational management. EdeXa is an education management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use FlowSuite products, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Institutional Accounts
Institution owners who set up portals on EdeXa are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including any laws relating to student data and privacy. Institution owners are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlowSuite products to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with the platform's security or performance
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into FlowSuite products. By using our products, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your institutional or personal data.
8. Intellectual Property
All FlowSuite software, design, trademarks and content are owned by FlowSuite. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our software or branding without explicit written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
FlowSuite is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, FlowSuite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of FlowSuite products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
